All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, scent selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at towerandtallow@gmail.com.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
