Tower & Tallow was created when science met simplicity, shaped by my journey from nursing to human biology and a deeper respect for how the body truly works.
The Journey
Tower & Tallow was born from a simple belief: what we put on and into our bodies matters. The name reflects two pillars of our mission —> “Tower” represents our commitment to aeroponic gardening and intentional herb cultivation, while “Tallow” honors the traditional, time-tested ingredients that have supported skin and wellness for generations.
We chose aeroponic growing methods because quality starts at the source. By growing many of our herbs in a controlled vertical tower system, roots receive optimal oxygenation and nutrient delivery, helping produce vibrant botanicals while reducing unnecessary environmental exposure. This allows us to focus on freshness, consistency, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients throughout our formulations.
Our journey also grew from personal health experiences and a desire to better understand the connection between daily choices and overall well-being. Through intentional lifestyle changes and prioritizing high-quality products —> both internally and externally <— we discovered how reducing unnecessary irritants and supporting the body with mindful ingredients can play an important role in feeling our best.
